About Innovai
Innovai is a Melbourne company building practical AI. We started with construction businesses, where missed calls and hours of plan markup cost real money, and the same systems work just as well for trades, real estate and other small businesses.
We also make our own products. Zabanak, our live translation app for Farsi speakers, and the AI Floor Plan Reader are both designed, built and run by Innovai.

Is it really a one off payment?
Yes. You pay once for the build and the system is yours. There are no monthly fees from us. The only ongoing costs are the small usage charges from the phone and AI providers, which we set up in your name so you can see exactly what you're paying.
Do I need to be in construction?
No. Construction is where we've spent most of our time so we know the industry well, but the systems work for any business that takes calls, sends quotes or works with plans.
What does the receptionist do when it can't help?
It takes the caller's details, tells them when to expect a call back and sends you a summary straight away. Urgent calls can be put through to you or whoever you choose.
What can you automate?
